| Bio: | Silver Rook is a 40 year old comic geek. He's also a security professional, trained in detection, criminal justice, and psychology. He was a serious martial artist, before the arthritis, is a huge “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” fan, and a long-time player of role-playing games. He's a "wannabe" writer of comic books, novels, and movie/television scripts. Other hobbies include the occasional video game, bouncing off of walls while waiting for the next "Harry Potter" book, encouraging people to read Robert A. Heinlein, Greg Rucka and Spider Robinson, and bashing George “Darth” Lucas and Peter “Orc” Jackson. His favorite books are too many to list, his favorite comic books are "Ultimate Spider-man" and "JSA." On careful consideration, Silver Rook firmly believes that ignorant morons who write Harry Potter/Draco Malfoy slash fiction are the most incredibly STUPID bags of filth on the planet. Most slash is stupid and out-of-character, but that combo simply proves that the purveyors are so incredibly BLIND, IGNORANT AND COMPLETELY LACKING ANY UNDERSTANDING OF EITHER CHARACTER THAT THEY SHOULD BE EUTHANIZED!!!!
